BusAi service terms (draft)
BusAi provides AI-agent design, implementation, and managed-operation services for Russian businesses. Engagements typically include a discovery diagnostic, an implementation phase with measurable KPIs, and ongoing support. Each engagement is documented in a separate written agreement with the client.
Pricing varies by engagement size and is fixed in the written agreement. Standard packages are listed on our pricing section. Payment terms, invoicing currency, and any milestones are agreed in writing before work begins.
Personal data of Russian citizens is stored and processed on infrastructure located inside the Russian Federation in line with Federal Law 152-FZ. Three deployment patterns are available: managed on our private GPU fleet, deployed into the customer's Russian-cloud tenant, or installed on customer-owned infrastructure. Specific deployment posture is set per engagement.
