How BusAi handles your data (draft)
When you submit an inquiry or run our diagnostic, we collect the contact and business details you provide (name, email, phone, company, role, and the answers you choose). We use this only to prepare your diagnostic, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about an engagement.
Personal data of Russian citizens is stored and processed on infrastructure located inside the Russian Federation, in line with Federal Law 152-FZ and its 2025 amendments. We do not send personal data to ChatGPT, Anthropic, or other foreign AI providers.
Your data is accessed only by BusAi staff working on your inquiry or engagement. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. If we engage a sub-processor for a specific task, we disclose this in your engagement agreement before any data is shared.
Inquiry data is kept while we are in active conversation with you and for a short follow-up window after. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, except where Russian law requires us to retain specific records for longer.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@busai.ai. We respond to data-rights requests within the timeframes set by Russian law.
